You can also use salmon fillet, using the same cooking method, but remove the skin once cooked, before seasoning it with melted butter.

Choose your favorite herbs, you can replace them with parsley and add lemon thyme.

For a healthier seasoning, you can replace the butter with extra virgin olive oil.
