Steps
For the preparation of the Nutella Brioche Flower watch the video HERE.
We put the yolks, crumbled yeast, warm milk, yogurt, some vanilla, sugar, a bit of orange zest and mix for a few minutes to dissolve the yeast and mix all the ingredients well.
Add 4 cups of flour a little at a time while mixing. Knead for about 15 minutes then continue by adding the oil little by little.
Let rest for about 30 minutes. Put on the work surface adding a little flour and knead for a few minutes.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Take one piece at a time and roll it out. Add a bit of flour if needed and cut a round circle using anything round.
Remove excess dough and roll out the other 2 pieces of dough. Place the first circle on a baking tray with parchment paper inside. Add about 3.5 oz of Nutella on top.
Spread it over the entire surface. Place the second piece on top. Add the remaining Nutella (about 3.5 oz) and spread it.
Place the third circle on top. Place an empty glass in the center. Cut into strips of the same size. Take two strips at a time and twist them.
then take the two ends and attach them to form the petal. Brush the entire surface with a beaten egg and add a bit of poppy seeds on top. Let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours then in the oven at 350°F for about 30/40 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
