You can simplify slicing the potato slices by skewering them lengthwise after washing them. Then, with a sharp knife, cut into the potato until you reach the skewer, and turn around, holding the knife diagonally. At the end of the cut, gently pull the ends of the potato to open the spiral.
With the same procedure, you can also prepare spiral skewers of zucchini and carrots. Season them as desired, or with the same aromatic mix, and cook them, again in the air fryer, for 15 minutes at 392°F.
