Vegetable flans in air fryer
You can substitute potatoes and zucchini with equal weight of pre-cooked vegetables, depending on the seasonality. For example: carrots and peas, asparagus, fava beans and peas, potatoes and peppers.
I chose to use the air fryer to pre-cook the vegetables, although this recipe is an excellent recycling idea to use various types of previously cooked vegetables. If you prefer, you can boil them, or cook in a pan, or better yet, in the microwave. This will save energy.
