Variations for Making White Ragù in a Jar
You can add 0.7 oz of soaked and squeezed dried porcini mushrooms, reducing the meat by 1.4 oz.
You can use 1.8 oz of frozen porcini mushrooms, using 1/3 cup of broth instead of 1/2 cup.
Instead of fresh vegetables, you can use 1.8 oz of frozen vegetable mix.
