Strawberry Bread

If you don’t have a food processor, you can easily make this cake using a stand mixer or electric beaters. Just blend the strawberries before adding them to the batter.

This cake keeps for 2-3 days in an airtight container or under a glass dome. It can also be frozen and stored for about 2-3 months.
