Ingredients

Let’s see together what we need to prepare

  • 12 sheets phyllo dough
  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/5 cup yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 eggs
  • vanilla
  • to taste apricot jam

Steps

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing the apple pie; peel the apples, slice them thinly and season with lemon juice.

    Crumple the sheets of phyllo dough and place them on a baking tray greased with seed oil.

    Add the apple slices and a teaspoon of apricot jam.

  • Now let’s prepare the batter, mix in a bowl the eggs, milk, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.

    Pour the batter over the pie and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.

    Take the apple pie with phyllo dough out of the oven and let it cool.
    Serve the apple pie with phyllo dough with a dusting of powdered sugar.
