- 12 sheets phyllo dough
- 2 apples
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/5 cup yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 3 eggs
- vanilla
- to taste apricot jam

Steps
Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing the apple pie; peel the apples, slice them thinly and season with lemon juice.
Crumple the sheets of phyllo dough and place them on a baking tray greased with seed oil.
Add the apple slices and a teaspoon of apricot jam.
Now let’s prepare the batter, mix in a bowl the eggs, milk, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Pour the batter over the pie and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Take the apple pie with phyllo dough out of the oven and let it cool.
Serve the apple pie with phyllo dough with a dusting of powdered sugar.And bon appétit!!!
