Ingredients for making beef ground meatballs
- 7 oz beef (ground)
- 1 egg (large or two small)
- 1 bread (stale 4 oz)
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (grated)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (preferably spray)
What you need
- 1 Microwave oven
- 1 Microwave tray heating plate or Crisp or Panacrunch
- 1 Bowl
Preparation
Soak the bun in cold water. Meanwhile, place the ground meat in a bowl, add the egg, cheese, washed and chopped parsley, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine the ingredients. Squeeze the bread, crumble it with your hands and add it to the meat. Quickly knead everything together. Form many meatballs from the mixture, a bit larger than a walnut.
Spray or brush the tray with oil, arrange the meatballs and spray them with a little oil. Insert the meatballs into the microwave and start cooking with the Crisp function* for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, remove the tray from the microwave and turn the meatballs over. Continue cooking for another 8 minutes or so (check the cooking during the last two minutes).
Serve the meatballs hot and enjoy!
