Gnocchi with walnut cream. This sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
If you use homemade gnocchi, you can store them, but you must first flour them well, and arrange them on a tray, so you can keep them in the fridge for 3 days covered with plastic wrap. If you want to freeze them, still on the tray with plastic wrap, and, when they are frozen, you can transfer them into bags and cook them when needed directly frozen in boiling salted water with a drop of oil.
