Sandwich Roses, an easy and no-cook solution, ready in minutes and sure to impress at first glance.
If you’re looking for a tasty, quick, and eye-catching idea for your next buffet, sandwich roses are the recipe for you.
All you need are a few slices of sandwich bread, a layer of cream cheese, a few leaves of fresh lettuce, and some turkey breast: simple ingredients that, when rolled with a bit of care, transform into small savory buds with a guaranteed wow effect. A cold appetizer that combines taste and beauty, perfect for those who have little time to spend in the kitchen but don’t want to miss out on serving something special.
Sandwich roses are also a great idea to prepare in advance: you can assemble them and store them in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. And if you want to personalize them, you can vary the fillings with smoked salmon, cooked ham, or grilled vegetables, creating a different version each time.
No cooking, zero stress, and a super scenic result: sandwich roses are quick to prepare but make a big impression.

Wash and dry the lettuce well by patting it with a cloth or paper towel.
