The Parmesan crisps cooked in the microwave are very simple to make and quick to cook. You can use them as snacks served on the table, perhaps along with Sausage Rolls or as decoration for appetizers like Jar-Cooked Tartrà or main courses like Soups and Creams. - 1 Microwave Oven
- 1 Microwave Tray
How to Make Parmesan Crisps in the Microwave
Place the crisp tray on a flat plate.
Spread 6 small piles of cheese on the tray and flatten them with the back of a teaspoon.
Place the crisp tray with the Parmesan circles in the microwave on a stand and start cooking for 1 minute, using the microwave + grill function, at maximum power.
After the first minute, check that the crisps have melted and browned, otherwise proceed in 30-second intervals.
With the help of a spatula, remove the crisps from the tray and serve.
How to Store Microwave Cooked Parmesan Crisps
The Parmesan crisps cooked in the microwave are best when freshly made, but you can store them in the refrigerator for 2 days.
