Let’s start preparing the egg white omelette: first wash the carrot, after peeling it. Cut the zucchini and carrot into julienne strips. Peel and chop the onion.
Put the vegetables in a bowl, add the grated cheese, and mix.
Now add the egg whites with salt and pepper and mix everything.
After mixing all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake the omelette in a preheated static oven at 340°F for about 30 minutes. Your vegetable omelette is ready!
