Ingredients
- 14 oz chicken breast
- 7 cups lettuce (iceberg)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1.75 oz green olives (pitted)
- 5 oz plain natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- to taste black pepper
- to taste chives (optional)
- to taste garlic powder

Steps
In a hot pan, cook the chicken breast for about 4 minutes on each side. Let it cool slightly, then cut it into strips.
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. If you like, add a pinch of garlic powder or chopped chives for more flavor.
Wash and dry the lettuce and cherry tomatoes well. Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices and roughly break the lettuce with your hands.
On a large plate, first place the lettuce, then add the grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, corn, and olives.
