Homemade Granola, an incredibly easy recipe perfect for a breakfast or a snack that is healthy and nutritious. We can enjoy it with cappuccino, yogurt or as a snack during the day.
Making it at home is really easy. Composed of oats, honey, chocolate, and hazelnuts, almonds, this granola provides a lot of energy and is also tasty and delicious.
The granola is baked in the oven, spread out on the baking sheet, for about 20-25 minutes, turning it halfway through cooking. Once removed from the oven and allowed to cool, it will become crispy and golden, only then can we add the chopped chocolate. It is so irresistible that it will be impossible to stop at just a small taste. In case you can, transfer the granola into jars or glass containers with airtight closures: it keeps for at least a week.
