- 8.5 oz canned lentils (weight is considered after draining)
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
- 5.3 oz cherry mozzarella balls
- 1 clove red garlic
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 pinch fine salt

Preparation of the Summer Lentil Salad
Start by washing and drying the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half and place them in the bowl, add the mozzarella balls also cut in half.
