Ingredients
- 5.64 oz pasta
- 5.64 oz canned tuna in oil
- 1 tbsp taggiasca olives (or green)
- 1 tbsp salted capers
- 1/4 onion
- parsley
- chili pepper (to taste)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt

Preparation
Drain the tuna well from excess oil and break it up with a fork.
Also drain the olives and rinse the capers to remove the salt.
Peel the onion and chop it. Sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a splash of water.
Add the tuna, olives, capers, and let it flavor over low heat for 3-4 minutes (1). If desired, you can add a pinch of chili pepper.
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water, drain it slightly al dente, and add it to the pan (2).
Toss it in the sauce for a minute or two, adding half a ladle of cooking water, to make it creamier.
Add a handful of chopped parsley and turn off the heat.
