Ingredients
- 300 all-purpose flour
- 200 g Manitoba flour
- 380 ml water
- 3 g dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 10 g fine salt
- as needed coarse salt
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps for Preparing Air Fryer Focaccia

After preparing the dough and dividing it into 4 balls,
place each ball in the center of each mold and
let it rise until it covers the entire mold
In the meantime, prepare the brine with water and extra virgin olive oil. Pour everything into a bowl and emulsify with a fork.
Spread with your fingertips creating the classic dimples and brush, with a brush, the brine over the entire surface. Season to taste, with coarse salt or rosemary and cook in air fryer at 356 degrees for about 15 minutes. As soon as it starts to turn golden, remove from the mold and finish cooking on the basket. For the last 2-3 minutes, turn it over for even cooking.
Storage
Store the focaccia at room temperature wrapped in plastic wrap or inside a tightly closed food bag.
It stays soft for 1 day. After that, it tends to harden.
In freezer
Freeze it in a freezer bag.
It lasts up to 1 month without losing too much quality.
To enjoy: defrost at room temperature + 3 minutes in the air fryer at 356 °F.
