A perfect last-minute dinner dish that’s very easy to prepare. While the water for the pasta comes to a boil, we’ll sauté the onion in a little oil, then add the tuna, capers, and olives.

Ingredients

Let’s see what we need to prepare

  • 11.3 oz pasta
  • 10 oz tuna in oil
  • 2 red onions (or yellow, white)
  • 0.35 oz capers
  • 3.5 oz olives
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • chopped parsley

  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Wooden Spoon

Steps

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing our pasta with tuna: put a pot of water on the stove for cooking the pasta.

    Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: in a pan sauté the chopped onions with a little oil.

    As soon as the onion becomes golden, add the drained tuna and let it brown for just a minute.

  • Add the capers and olives, mix and cook for a few more minutes.

    As soon as the water boils, salt and add the pasta.

    Drain the pasta al dente and add it directly to the pan to sauté it with the sauce.

    Plate and garnish with a little chopped parsley and a drizzle of raw oil.
