Ingredients
- 8.5 cups water
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 teaspoon salt

What You Need to Cook Vegetable Broth
- 1 multicooker
How to Prepare Vegetable Broth in Multicooker
Peel the onion and cut it in half.
Wash the carrots, remove the peel with a paring knife and cut off the ends. Cut them into large pieces.
Wash the celery stalk.
Place the vegetables inside the multicooker, add the herbs, salt, and all the water.
Close the pot and program it with the high pressure function (248-266°F) and start cooking for 10 minutes.
At the end of cooking, let the broth rest in the closed pot for 15 minutes, then depressurize and serve, or use the broth for your recipes.
If you have prepared a vegetable recipe, you can make your vegetable broth with an instant pot using vegetable scraps.
If you have leftover broth, you can store it with the Microwave vasocottura technique.
If you like pastina in broth, you can make it with this recipe. Once you have the cooked broth, blend everything with an immersion blender.
Bring to a boil, then add your favorite pastina with a cooking time between 7 and 10 minutes. Stir, close the pot, and cook for 5 minutes with the pressure function at 266°F.
Depressurize and serve the pastina in broth, hot.
