Feta cream or spreadable feta, is a no-cook recipe, a cream based on the famous Greek cheese, ideal for filling canapés and sandwiches….The feta cream is simply made by blending the cheese with ricotta or Greek yogurt and some aromatic herbs like oregano. The cream has a unique taste, it’s prepared in 5 minutes and is super creamy.
You can customize it with ingredients you prefer like black or green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, cucumber…

- 7 oz feta
- 7 oz ricotta
- 2 tbsp milk
- mint
- extra virgin olive oil
- oregano
- pepper

Steps
Let’s start preparing
To prepare the feta cream it will take just a few seconds.
Put the feta in pieces with the ricotta and milk in a mixer.
Blend to obtain a smooth cream.
Transfer the cream to a bowl and garnish with extra virgin olive oil, pepper, and chopped mint.
As for the cheese, you can use robiola, goat cheese or Philadelphia instead of ricotta.
