PHYLLO ROLLS with NUTELLA, super crispy, delicious and ready in just 5 minutes! I don’t know about you, but when I see phyllo dough at the supermarket I get inspired. And then Nutella… well, that’s always in stock! These treats are the perfect snack when you crave something good but have zero time or patience to heat up the oven for hours.
They are very easy to make: you just need a few ingredients, a roll of phyllo dough, some Nutella (or any chocolate spread, if you want to pretend to be more “fit”), and 5 minutes to roll it all up. Then pop them in the oven, just long enough to make them golden and crispy on the outside, with that soft and melty center that is a real temptation.
I often make them for my friends when they drop by unexpectedly, maybe for a coffee or a quick chat. And every time it’s the same scenario: I place them on the table, say “just two quick things,” and after 10 minutes the plate is empty! 😅
The nice thing about phyllo rolls with Nutella is that you can customize them as you like. If you like a crunchy touch, add chopped hazelnuts or sliced almonds inside. If you want to make them more “Christmasy,” dust them with powdered sugar and cinnamon: they look like they came out of a pastry shop!
And let’s face it: they are perfect as holiday treats. On a tray next to cookies and chocolates, they make a great impression and are loved by everyone, from children to adults. You can also prepare them in advance and warm them up for a few minutes before serving: they will be as fragrant as freshly baked.

Smart blogger tips:
Don’t overdo it with the Nutella! I know, it’s hard, but if you use too much, it will spill out in the oven and you’ll lose that perfect creamy center.
Brush the phyllo dough with melted butter or vegetable oil between layers: this makes it super crispy.
If you want a “wow” effect, serve the rolls with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
They keep perfectly for 2 days in a tin box (but I bet they won’t last that long 😄)
These phyllo rolls with Nutella are the solution to all sweet emergencies: when guests arrive, when you need some sweet comfort, or when you want a quick and impressive dessert recipe. Trust me, one leads to another—and if you think of making just six… double the recipe right away! 😄
