I prepare them in ten minutes, no cooking is required, and they make a great impression on any table: elegant, colorful, and with a flavor mix that conquers everyone.

Ingredients

  • 8 cherry mozzarella balls
  • 2.5 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado

  • Cut the avocado into not too large pieces, place it in a bowl, and drizzle with lemon juice.

  • Cut the smoked salmon into strips or pieces and start assembling the skewers.

  • First, place a piece of avocado, salmon, a central mozzarella ball, more salmon and avocado, finishing on top with an olive.

  • Arrange them on the serving plate, dress with oil, lemon juice, and chives, pepper, and salt if you prefer.
