Tips from a messy but organized blogger 😄
For a more fragrant caramel, add a pinch of salt or a teaspoon of rum or orange liqueur.
You can slightly toast the walnuts for a more intense and crunchy flavor.
Serve the mousse in single-serving glass cups: guaranteed scenic effect for buffets or Christmas dinners.
You can add a drizzle of extra caramel syrup over each mousse before serving.
For a vegan version, replace the cream with plant-based whipping cream.
