CROSTINI WITH RADICCHIO, GORGONZOLA, AND WALNUTS

CROSTINI WITH RADICCHIO, GORGONZOLA, AND WALNUTS, ready in a few minutes, a delicious recipe, perfect appetizer for the holidays, great for a beautiful and tasty aperitif. A real time-saving idea to prepare at the last minute for Christmas, but it really stands out on the table.

The combination of radicchio, creamy gorgonzola, and crunchy walnuts makes these Christmas crostini truly irresistible: bitter and sweet, soft and crunchy at the same time, perfect to accompany a glass of white wine or as a delightful appetizer before Christmas lunch.

I always make them when friends or family show up unexpectedly: corn crispbreads instead of bread, spread with gorgonzola and topped with sautéed radicchio and chopped walnuts, they disappear in no time! No chef skills needed: a few ingredients and you’re done.

Perfect also if you want to create a light and balanced holiday menu, because they are simple, quick, and full of flavor. And if you want to add a little extra touch, you can drizzle some honey or a pinch of black pepper to enhance the contrast between sweetness and savory.

These gourmet crostini are also great as an appetizer for Christmas buffets, parties, or elegant aperitifs: small, delicious, and ready in no time, perfect for impressing without stress.
