ORANGE and CHOCOLATE MOUSSE spoon dessert creamy and delicious, easy and quick to prepare, perfect dessert after lunch or dinner made in just a few minutes. I prepared it the other night a bit by chance, I had some juicy oranges and some amaretti to finish, and in a few minutes a dessert came out that everyone liked — even those who usually don’t like fruit desserts!
The contrast between the dense and velvety chocolate cream and the eggless orange cream made with water and fresh zest is something incredible.
Every spoonful is a balance between sweet and citrusy, with that slightly bitter note of dark chocolate that pairs perfectly with the fresh scent of orange.
The crumbled amaretti add just the right amount of crunch, making this spoon dessert sophisticated yet very easy to make.
It’s one of those desserts that looks like it came out of a patisserie but can be prepared in no time, without the need for gelatin, whipped cream, or complicated steps.
Perfect for parties, a romantic dinner, or as a last-minute dessert when unexpected guests arrive.
You can serve it in glasses or small bowls, decorating with candied orange zest or a dusting of unsweetened cocoa for an even more elegant effect.
