Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour (the one you usually use)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder for desserts
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 apple
- apricot jam
- 2 1/2 oz tea biscuits
Steps
Work the flour with the sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, the egg, and the butter.
After the resting time, take the shortcrust pastry and roll it out on the work surface, fill with jam, add the crumbled biscuits.
Cut the apple into chunks and place it on the filling, roll up and cut into pieces.
Bake at 356°F for 15 minutes.
