SMART COOKIES in 5 minutes with sandwich bread, chocolate chips, and Nutella

SMART COOKIES in 5 minutes with sandwich bread, chocolate chips, and Nutella. This is a super easy and quick recipe, perfect for using up leftover bread slices, great for breakfast or snack.

As usual, my kids leave open packages of everything, cookies, crackers, sandwich bread, cereals, basically all things that if not consumed immediately start to lose freshness, so I thought of making these smart cookies in 5 minutes by adding chocolate chips.

All you need are a few ingredients: sandwich bread or leftover slices, some chocolate chips, a little milk or water to soften, and a creamy Nutella center. Close them up, press slightly, and off they go into the oven — the aroma is irresistible!

They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect to accompany a coffee or a cup of milk. The best part is you can customize them as you like: with pistachio cream, jam, or dark chocolate. In short, a smart, anti-waste, and irresistible recipe you can also prepare last minute.

In this way, I made a delicious breakfast, used up the leftover bread, and cooked them in an air fryer, a super clever recipe that will surely be a hit in your home too.
