WHITE ZUCCHINI PARMIGIANA without béchamel

Ingredients

  • 14.1 oz zucchini
  • 5.3 oz salami (or cooked ham)
  • 2 eggs
  • 5.3 oz provola

Steps

  • Wash and cut the zucchinis into not too thick slices.

  • Beat the eggs in a plate, add some Parmesan if you like, salt, and in another arrange the flour.

  • Pass the zucchini slices in the egg then in flour and fry them, drain on kitchen paper.

  • Arrange the zucchinis in a baking dish and make a layer of provola and salami then repeat with zucchinis.

  • Repeat alternating the ingredients until finished then bake and cook at 356°F for 15 minutes or in the air fryer.
