Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations
  • tomato sauce
  • 5 oz provolone

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, and oil, then mix and add the water. Mix well until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.

  • Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pan lined with parchment paper and oiled, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F.

  • Bake for 15 minutes, it should turn golden.

  • Remove from the oven, top with tomato sauce and provolone slices, add oregano, and bake again for 5 minutes.
