- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Very cheap
- Preparation time: 20 Minutes
- Cooking methods: Stovetop
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All seasons
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Nutella®
- Half packet baking powder
Steps
Pour the ricotta and the egg into the mixer, work a little, then add the sugar, flour, and baking powder.
Work the dough; it should be soft, not runny, so if necessary, add some milk because not all flours absorb liquids the same.
Divide the dough into pieces of about 1.75 oz, flatten each piece with your hands and fill the center with a teaspoon of Nutella.
Seal them well, place them on a sheet of parchment paper, sprinkle with granulated sugar, and bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes.
If you choose to cook them in a skillet, lightly oil a non-stick skillet, heat it, place the flatbreads and cook with a closed lid for about 10-15 minutes, turning them.
Bon appetit
