Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 oz chocolate
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and pour it into the food processor.
Add the flour and sugar and start the machine, then add the oil and the egg.
The dough should be firm, not sticky; if necessary, add a bit more flour.
Take the dough, place it in a bowl and let it rise until it doubles in size, about 3 to 4 hours, depending on the external temperature.
Once the time has passed, take the dough and divide it into balls, about 6-7. Fill each ball with a piece of chocolate, close underneath and let rise for 20 minutes.
After rising, brush with the yolk and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, checking your oven.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Whip the cream and fill the brioche using a piping bag or by making a cut, decorate with chocolate pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
Bon appétit
