Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp sugar
- lemon zest
- 1 pinch cream of tartar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp milk
Steps
Pour the flour on the countertop, make a hole in the center, add sugar, cream of tartar, egg, milk, and start to mix, then add the oil.
Knead the ingredients well until you obtain a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces and form into cylinders, roll them in granulated sugar, and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes, they remain white with slightly golden edges.
