Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs

Steps

  • Add the oil and water, mix well, add the remaining olives and blend again.

  • Pour the mixture into the pan over the tomatoes and cook on low heat with the lid closed for about 12 minutes, making sure it doesn’t burn too much.

  • If necessary, add a bit of oil under the pizza by letting it slide from the sides of the pan.

  • Check if it’s cooked underneath, then flip it and cook a few more minutes to give some color to the bottom.
