Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.11 oz fresh yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2.82 oz provola cheese
- tomato sauce
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the water.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the water a little at a time and mix, then add the salt and knead well.
Work the dough well, make a ball and let it rest in a bowl covered with plastic wrap until it doubles in size.
After the time has passed, divide the dough into 6 pieces, roll them out, and fill with a bit of tomato sauce and a piece of provola.
Close them forming balls and place them on a baking tray, then season again with more tomato sauce, oil, and oregano.
Let them rest for 20 minutes, preheat the oven to 428°F (220°C) and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
