- 10.6 oz ricotta
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
Steps
If you decide to use gelatin, let it dissolve on the stove with a little water.
Whip the cream with the ricotta.
Soak the cookies in milk or Alchermes as you prefer, then slice the strawberries thinly.
Arrange the cookies on the serving plate, spread a layer of cream, strawberries, more cream, and cookies, continue until all the ingredients are used.
Decorate with strawberries and a sprinkle of grated coconut.
Keep the dessert in the fridge for at least 3 hours or 20 minutes in the freezer if you want to consume it immediately a bit more solid.
