Ingredients
- 5 oz potatoes
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.5 oz cooked ham
- 2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp salt
Steps
Boil the potatoes until the fork goes through.
Let them cool and peel them, place them in a bowl and mash them well with a fork or if you prefer use a potato masher.
Add the flour with the yeast, mix, add the egg yolk, salt, cheese, and chopped ham and mix everything.
With oiled hands, form sticks about a finger’s width and approximately 4 inches long.
Place them on an oiled baking sheet or on parchment paper, then oil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about twenty minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with a sprinkle of cheese.
