COFFEE LADYFINGERS CRUMBLE

Ingredients

  • 17.6 oz ladyfingers
  • 7 tbsps butter
  • 4 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 9 oz ricotta
  • 3 tbsps coffee
  • 1.8 oz dark chocolate chips

Steps

  • Prepare the coffee and let it cool.

  • Grind the biscuits with a mixer with the butter and 1-2 tablespoons of milk, it will help you get a moister mixture.

  • Place the biscuits in a 8-inch springform pan, set aside about 1.8 oz for the final decoration, put the pan in the freezer.

  • Whip the cream with the ricotta, sugar, and coffee, take the base from the freezer and pour the creamy mixture, add the chocolate chips and mix with a fork.

  • Of course, you can add more chocolate chips if you like.

  • Form crumbs with the mixture you set aside by working a little with your hands.

  • Place them on top of the filling, add more chocolate chips and put in the freezer for a couple of hours.

  • Remember to remove the dessert from the freezer at least 20 minutes before serving.
