Savory Pie with Peppers in Air Fryer is an incredibly easy recipe for a savory pie in the air fryer that is delicious, perfect for summer when peppers are in season! After cooking the Peppers in the air fryer all you have to do is assemble the filling, unroll a sheet of puff or shortcrust pastry, and assemble your savory pie with peppers and feta! Ingredients

  • 2 peppers
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (round)
  • 3.5 oz feta
  • 0.35 oz capers
  • 0.35 oz olives
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • marjoram

What you need to cook the savory pie with peppers and feta

  • 1 Air Fryer

How to prepare the savory pie with peppers in air fryer

  • Wash the peppers to remove impurities, then dry them.

    Cut the peppers in half, removing the stem, seeds, and internal filaments.

    Cut the peppers into not too large pieces, place them inside the air fryer basket.

    Season the pepper pieces with extra virgin olive oil and salt and air fry at 392°F for 20 minutes.

    When the peppers are ready, let them cool slightly.

  • Unroll the puff pastry, or you can use shortcrust pastry, and, keeping its parchment paper, place it inside a pan that fits inside your air fryer basket.

    Distribute the cooked pepper pieces inside the puff pastry.

    Also add the capers, olives, marjoram, and crumbled feta over the entire surface.

    Fold the edges of the savory pie inwards and trim any excess parchment paper.

  • Place the pan inside the air fryer and cook the savory pie with peppers in air fryer at 356°F for 13 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 392°F and finish cooking in 3 minutes.

    Let the savory pie cool and serve it on the table.
