Pork and Plum Skewers in Air Fryer

The Pork and Plum Skewers in Air Fryer, are an original main course with the perfect combination of fruit and meat, in this case, fresh plums and tender pork bites, alternated with thin slices of bacon, which with their intense flavor, deliciously contrast with the sweeter taste of the plums: a truly successful and appreciated pairing. Plums are characterized by their sweet and fleshy pulp, but you can choose other varieties, the important thing is that they are high-quality plums, ripe and firm. I love fruit and meat pairings, like in the Roast with Apple Sauce, if you haven’t tried it yet, I recommend you do… it’s delicious!

The recipe is very simple and easy to execute, the only care needed is for marinating the meat with the plums, so you can start the preparation in advance and assemble the skewers just before cooking and serving them.

The Pork and Plum Skewers, cooked in Air Fryer, are perfect if you want to surprise your guests and offer a different main course than usual and they are accompanied by a balsamic glaze.
