Steps for the Milk and Cookie Cake

Use a mixer. Put our favorite cookies into the bowl, breaking them into pieces. Give an initial mix with the mixer to make everything into small crumbs
Add now the milk and the baking powder for desserts. Mix everything until you get a dense mixture.
In a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, pour our mixture and let it bake in a static oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Do the toothpick test, but you can leave it slightly moist. Our dessert is ready!
Tips and Curiosities
The dessert will remain very soft if covered and stored in a closed, dry place.
This cake will resemble a panettone, so it will be perfect as breakfast, a snack and we can also cut it and fill it as desired.
