Onion Omelette in Air Fryer

The onion omelette is a classic dish, easy to prepare, full of flavor, and perfect for any occasion: from dinner, to a tasty appetizer, or between two slices of bread for an office lunch break. For me, when I have little time and few ingredients available at home, waiting to do the grocery shopping, it’s a perfect dinner saver! I present to you the Onion Omelette in an alternative version that uses the air fryer for an even lighter and tastier dish!

The air fryer is a valuable ally in the kitchen: it allows you to cook your favorite dishes with less oil, keeping flavors and textures intact. The onion omelette, cooked in an air fryer, is light and easy to digest without compromising on taste. I now cook omelettes only this way, no more pans and oil splattering on the cooktop. You can prepare them in various ways, even with Ricotta and Spinach, soft, and delicate.

Now let’s see together how to prepare this delicious onion omelette!
