Today I want to offer you Meatballs in sauce, with a peculiarity… they are cooked in a Air Fryer, along with their sauce. A super easy and quick recipe that, in a few minutes and with a few steps, will bring soft and tasty meatballs to the table.
Meatballs at the table are always a success, in any way we prepare them they please the whole family! At my house, among the favorites are those in Sweet and Sour and those creamy with milk. But meatballs aren’t just made of meat, they can be based on vegetables and cheeses like these Pumpkin and Ricotta or Rice and Spinach.
My meatballs in sauce, cooked in an air fryer, are without eggs, so light and especially suitable for those with intolerances, but if you want you can add one to the mixture. To bind the mixture I only used stale bread softened in milk, for those who are lactose intolerant, you can soften the bread with water. With the sauce from the meatballs, you can also dress a nice plate of pasta! Now let’s prepare them together.
