Sesame Crusted Feta Sticks cooked in the Air Fryer are a tasty idea for an appetizer, aperitif, or a perfect second course accompanied by grilled vegetables or a mixed salad. Both preparation and cooking are very quick. Just cut the feta into sticks, coat it with flour, dip it in beaten egg, and then in sesame seeds.
Feta is a traditional Greek semi-matured and crumbly cheese, a highlight of their cuisine. Its texture, which softens during cooking without melting, is perfect for this type of preparation. You can serve it with honey or balsamic vinegar glaze. It is not necessary to add salt to the preparation, feta is already savory.

Ingredients
- 5.3 oz feta
- 3.5 oz sesame seeds
- 1 egg
- as needed flour
- A few sprays oil

Steps
Take the feta and place it on a cutting board
Cut it from the short side with a knife into sticks of your preferred width
Coat them in flour and dip them in beaten egg
Cover them with sesame seeds, pressing lightly to adhere well, and transfer them to a lightly greased tray or directly on the grill and spray with a little oil
Cook at 392°F for 9 minutes
