I have offered you Pork Tenderloin with Pistachio Crust and Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer cooked whole and sliced once ready, in this recipe we will cook it already sliced.

  • Pass all the slices through flour

  • Place butter and a good amount of olive oil in the tray or pan where you will cook the tenderloin

  • Set the Sear/Saute program to temperature 3 and melt the butter with the oil, same thing in the pan over medium heat

  • When you hear sizzling, you can add your slices of tenderloin

  • Put the tray back in and increase the temperature to HI 5 and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until a nice golden crust forms. In the pan, raise the heat and brown both sides

  • Add the balsamic glaze and put the tray back in the multicooker at temperature 3.
In the pan over medium heat, reduce the glaze for a few minutes

  • The tenderloins are cooked

  • Transfer them to a plate and serve with their balsamic glaze
