Tips and storage for carasau bread with ham and gorgonzola

Carasau bread with ham and gorgonzola can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days, even in its tray covered with plastic wrap. You can reheat it for a few minutes in the fryer when needed.

If you have a smaller fryer, you can use a baking tray according to your fryer’s size.

It’s not necessary to use round carasau bread of the same size as the one I used; you can find it packaged in different shapes, even rectangular. The important thing is to cover the base of the tray and the ingredients.
