Ingredients for the Coconut and Nutella Crumble in Air Fryer
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (Cold from fridge)
- 1 egg
- Half packet baking powder (8 g)
- 1 pinch salt
- as needed breadcrumbs (to coat the pan)
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella®
- as needed coconut flour

Steps
In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the butter, and work them with your hands until you get a sandy texture
Add the cold butter cut into chunks and work the mixture with your fingertips for 5 minutes
You should obtain a crumbly dough resembling small balls
Butter a 9-inch mold and coat it with breadcrumbs
Place half of the dough at the base of the mold
Add the Nutella and spread it covering the mixture, using a spatula or the back of a spoon. Cover with the remaining crumbled dough
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes, place the mold on the rack, and bake at 320°F for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before removing it from the mold
Sprinkle with coconut flour and serve
Filling Tips for Coconut and Nutella Crumble
To spread the Nutella more easily on the crumble, I recommend softening it in a bain-marie by placing it in a container/bowl and stirring with a spatula for a few minutes. The container should not be in contact with the water in the pot
