Steps
This is the pork tenderloin I kept at room temperature, it will be easier to massage
On a plate, mix the pistachio crumbs, breadcrumbs, and Grana cheese
Spread the butter all over the meat, massaging well, and roll it in the crumbs making sure all sides adhere well
Transfer it to a slightly buttered non-stick pan
Cook at 356°F for 15 minutes, turn the tenderloin and continue at 392°F for 3 minutes. You can also turn it halfway through cooking, especially if your fryer has only one resistance.
Here’s the ready tenderloin, add salt once sliced
Transfer it to a cutting board, slice it and serve
