Mini Nutella Soufflés in Air Fryer

If you love chocolatey and indulgent desserts, you must try these Mini Nutella Soufflés in an Air Fryer. Soft and delicious, a real delight for the palate, that will please everyone, young and old. For a soft batter that melts in your mouth, I used only egg whites, beaten until stiff, a tried and tested batter that I already used for the Nutella Muffins in Air Fryer, adding and balancing other ingredients, such as cocoa and Nutella, which in this case need to be incorporated into the mixture.

The Mini Nutella Soufflés in an Air Fryer aren’t just perfect for a snack…they will make a great impression if you serve them as a dessert, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla or cream ice cream, at the end of a

meal or a dinner with friends.

Steps

  • Pour the egg whites into a bowl with a pinch of salt and, using an electric whisk, beat until stiff peaks form

  • Set it aside

  • In another bowl, pour the milk and oil with the sugar and mix with the whisk for a few seconds, then add the sifted flour, cocoa, and baking powder, mixing with the whisk, incorporating them a little at a time. Finally, add the Nutella and mix well with a spatula

  • Now incorporate the beaten egg whites, a little at a time, folding gently

  • Finish incorporating all the egg whites

  • Butter and flour the ramekins

  • Pour the mixture, leaving a finger-width space from the batter to the edge of the ramekin

  • Place the ramekins directly on the grill of the air fryer, preheated at 347°F for 3 minutes, and bake at the same temperature for 15-18 minutes. Do the toothpick test; the batter should not be too dry

  • They’re ready, take them out and let them cool before removing them from the ramekins

  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve
