Ingredients
Ingredients for 6 doughnuts
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup seed oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- to taste pepper
- 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- A few sprays oil (for cooking)
- to taste butter (for greasing the molds)
- to taste breadcrumbs (for dusting the molds and the surface of the doughnuts)
- 2 1/2 oz salami (sliced)
- 1 3/4 oz spicy provolone (grated)
- 3 oz latteria cheese (or another type of soft cheese)
- 3/4 oz grated Parmesan

Steps
First, prepare all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl, cut the salami into pieces with a knife and dice the cheese
In another large bowl, add the eggs, seed oil, milk, salt, and pepper. Prepare the sifted flour and yeast in another bowl
Use the electric whisk to beat the eggs with milk and oil
Add the sifted flour and yeast, mix well using a spatula or a spoon
Now add the grated Parmesan and provolone, the diced cheese and the salami
Mix well
Grease the molds and dust with breadcrumbs
Pour the mixture, sprinkle the surface with more breadcrumbs and spray with oil
Place the molds in the air fryer and cook at 340°F for 20 minutes with the bake or air fry program, until the surface is golden. Use a toothpick test
Let them cool before removing them and with the help of a spatula gently detach the edges from the mold
