Steps
Prepare the extra virgin olive oil emulsion in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired
On a work surface, gently brush both sides of the sheet
If the sheet is very large, break it and insert it directly on the rack
Cover with a tray to prevent the sheet during cooking from ending up on the heating element. Start with 4 minutes of cooking at 392°F, as you cook the other sheets you will see that 2 minutes will be sufficient
This is the ready guttiau. You can serve it at the table broken into larger pieces or smaller pieces for an aperitif or a snack
